While every effort has been made to supply accurate content on this website, US Paint systems does not accept any liability, direct or indirect, for any loss or damage which may result, directly or indirectly, from content on this site. Us Paint systems reserves the right to make changes to the content.

Pricing
All prices and delivery charges are in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST.
Every effort is made to ensure that pricing on our website is accurate. If we discover an error in the price of the products you have ordered, we will inform you in writing of this error and we will give you the option of continuing to purchase the product at the correct price or cancelling the order. We will not process you order until we have your instruction.
Security
We make every effort to ensure you have a safe and secure shopping experience.
We use a professional 3rd party gateway provider to perform all online payment transactions. No credit card information or CCV2 codes are stored on this website.
Delivery Address
The customer is responsible for entering their correct delivery address details when placing their order. We are not able to provide a refund where customers have provided incorrect delivery details and, as a result, items have become lost.
Shipping & Delivery
All prices and delivery charges are in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST.
Online orders are to New Zealand addresses only. For all international orders please email us at info@eternakote.co.nz
Delivery Times
Once your order has been completed, delivery time is usually 2 – 3 business days, depending on where you are located in NZ.
Rural delivery takes slightly longer and are usually delivered in 3-7 business days.
Please note: Delivery may take longer during holiday periods. This should be taken into consideration when placing orders at this time.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges will be calculated in the checkout process.
Rural deliveries will incur and additional rural delivery fee – this fee will automatically be included in your delivery charge.
Returns
If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a refund or replacement.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of paint products unless they are faulty.
US Paint Systems reserves the right to alter or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice.
