Flexx-Gard™ has exceptional adhesion to existing roofing, masonry, wood, and metal surfaces. For roofs, Flexx-Gard™ seals worn out areas and leaves a tough, flexible black waterproof seal. Great base coat for use prior to applying reflective roof coatings. For foundations, FlexxGard™ weatherproofs, seals and preserves below grade surfaces including masonry, wood and metal. Flexx-Gard™ is a multi-use product that forms a tough rubberized seal on a variety of surfaces.
